For loan officers and Realtors

Your market. Ready to share.

Local figures for every place you work, already written into flyers, briefs, posts and pages. Your name on every one.

A short tour of the MyDTI dashboard with sample data. It opens on Home, which greets Ben by name, then steps through My Area, the Farming Map, Caleb, Flyers and Social. Every figure in it is made up.

Every picture shows made-up sample figures. The demo shows the real ones, set to your own area.

Your brand

Your brand. Your look.

Add your logo, your photo and your details, then choose your color. Your dashboard takes it on, and so do the flyers, briefs, reports and pages you share.

  • Your logo, in place of ours

Upload your logo and it takes the place of the MyDTI mark in your dashboard, and heads your reports.

  • Your color, light or dark

Pick one of nine colors or enter your own; shades adjust so text stays easy to read. Work in light, dark or your device’s setting.

  • On what you print and publish

Flyers, briefs, reports, landing pages and the widget carry your name, photo, contact details and color.

Widgets, reports and landing pages keep a small “Powered by MyDTI” line.

For the two people clients call first.

Loan officers

  • Bring a printed market brief to a client meeting.
  • Put this month’s numbers under your email signature.
  • Farm the ZIP codes with the most lending activity.
  • Pull up a city snapshot the moment a borrower names a town.

Realtors

  • Leave a market flyer at every open house.
  • Answer “what’s my home worth?” with a Home Value report.
  • Post the week’s figures without starting from a blank page.
  • Know any city a buyer brings up, with its snapshot on one screen.

Three steps. Then it keeps itself current.

  1. Step 1: See it with your area

Send the short form below. We walk through the dashboard with your ZIP code on screen, then set up your account.

  2. Step 2: Add your name and photo

Choose your home ZIP code and how far you work, then add your contact details and brand color.

  3. Step 3: Share

Print, post, send or link. New figures arrive as they are published, and everything updates with them.

Plain about what we do.

Founding members

We’re just getting started.

MyDTI is opening to its first round of members. Here is what joining now means.

  1. First access to what’s next

Join now for first and priority access to the new products we have in beta, as each one is ready.

  2. A say in what we build

Founding members help shape MyDTI into the best insight platform for real estate and lending professionals.

  3. Founding-member pricing

The first round of members gets pricing that later members will not be offered. Pricing will increase for members who join later, and founding members keep their price for as long as they stay subscribed.

  4. Lead capture, and more to come

Lead capture is already here: your own Lead Form, an email when someone writes and a 30-day inbox. More is being built, and founding members see it first.

Questions we hear.

Who is MyDTI for?

Loan officers, Realtors and the brokerages they work in. Each account belongs to one professional, and every page, brief and report carries that one person’s name and contact details. The one exception is an open house flyer two MyDTI members choose to make together: it shows both, and only once both have agreed.

Where does the data come from?

From paid and public sources we combine and check each month. Every figure in the dashboard names its source and the period it covers.

Do you sell homeowner data or lead lists?

No. We do not sell homeowner data or lead lists. What a visitor sends through the contact form on your pages goes to you alone, kept 30 days in your private inbox. We never sell or share it.

Will it bring me new clients?

That depends on you and your market, and we won’t claim otherwise. What MyDTI does is put current local figures and finished marketing in front of you every week, ready to use.

Can my team or brokerage use it?

Yes. Team covers up to 5 users and Office up to 25, with extra seats after that; a brokerage of 50 or more gets its own quote. Each person still gets their own account with their own name, area and pages, so every page shows one professional.

How does the demo work?

Send the short form above and tell us the best time to reach you. One of us calls, walks through the dashboard with your own area, and answers your questions.
